Over the six years I spent as Experience Manager at the start-up hospitality brand edyn, I helped shape the company’s internal cultural identity through a series of unique, immersive offsites and team experiences.
These gatherings became a cornerstone of edyn’s culture, blending creativity, collaboration, and purpose to bring people together and strengthen our shared sense of identity. From designing thought-provoking workshops to curating environments that encouraged co-creation, openness and innovation, I saw firsthand how intentional experiences can transform how teams connect and work together.
