What I
Offer

01

Psychodynamic

Through a psychodynamic approach, I help clients explore how early experiences and unconscious patterns influence their current thoughts, emotions, and relationships, fostering greater self-awareness and lasting change.

03

Existential

I use an existential lens to help clients reflect on their choices, values, and sense of purpose, supporting them to live more consciously and authentically.

05

Jungian Typology

Drawing on Jungian typology, I help clients explore personality patterns and archetypal energies, fostering deeper self-understanding, balance between inner aspects of the psyche, and the integration of opposites for greater wholeness.

07

Sand Tray

Using Sand Tray techniques, I support clients in expressing and processing emotions through imagery and symbol, facilitating insight and integration beyond words.

09

Dream Work

Through dream work, I support clients in exploring the symbolic language of their dreams to reveal underlying emotions, patterns, and opportunities for transformation and self-understanding.

11

Somatic Practices

I integrate somatic practices such as dynamic meditation and movement to help clients reconnect with the wisdom of the body, releasing stored emotions and fostering presence, vitality, and grounded awareness.

13

Archetypes

Through the lens of Jungian archetypes, I invite clients to meet the universal figures that shape their inner world — the Hero, the Shadow, the Lover, the Sage, and others. Engaging with these archetypal forces allows for profound self-discovery, transformation, and a reconnection with the deeper wisdom of the soul.

15

Breathwork

I work with CCPE’s Elements Breathwork modality to help clients cultivate different qualities of breath that support balance and resilience in the ebb and flow of everyday life. This practice empowers them to use their breath as a steady resource, enabling them to meet whatever life brings with greater ease and presence.

17

Creativity

I draw on creativity and imagination as powerful tools for healing and transformation. Engaging the imaginative realm allows clients to access deeper layers of awareness, express what may be beyond words, and open pathways to insight, integration, and renewal.

19

12 Step Program

As a recovering addict currently working through step 5 of a 12-step program, I bring lived experience, honesty and compassion to my psychotherapy practice. I offer a grounded, supportive space where healing, self-acceptance, and growth can unfold at a natural pace.

02

Person-Centred

I offer a people-centred approach grounded in unconditional positive regard, meeting each client with empathy, respect, and authenticity to support genuine self-expression and growth.

04

Transpersonal

I support clients in attuning to a greater intelligence or higher wisdom, helping them cultivate trust in their intuition and the deeper guidance that arises from beyond the thinking mind.

06

CCPE Elements

Using the CCPE Elements approach, I guide clients in connecting with the natural elements of earth, water, fire, air, and ether, supporting harmony, balance, and deeper understanding of the self through these universal forces.

08

Visualisations

I use guided visualisations to help clients access inner imagery, intuition, and symbolic wisdom, supporting insight, healing, and connection to deeper aspects of the self.

10

IFS

Through IFS, I guide clients in meeting their inner parts with curiosity and care, supporting the release of burdens and the integration of all aspects of the self into greater wholeness.

12

Alchemical Process

I guide clients through the alchemical process, creating a sacred container called the alchemical flask—in which they can refine their inner gold by journeying through a range of alchemical operations and stages of transformation.

14

Meditation

I am a certified Dharma Moon Meditation Instructor and practice an eyes wide open technique and mindfulness practice that helps develop greater presence, balance, clarity and insight.

16

Trauma work

I work with trauma through a transpersonal, body-centred approach that helps release held patterns and restore balance, supporting clients to reconnect with safety, resilience, and wholeness.

18

Nature

In my psychotherapy practice, I offer the opportunity to work in the healing presence of nature, using my allotment as a living, breathing space for reflection and growth. Working outdoors can help bring insight and grounding, supporting emotional regulation, creativity, and a sense of belonging.
